我昨天给你的报价没有收到回复,所以我现在发这封邮件来确认下,并重新发了报价给您。我公司有规定,野餐垫的最小订量是5000pcs,但是考虑到我们是第一次做生意,为了以后的长期合作与共赢,我们决定把我公司的样品存货以较低的价格给你们,这笔生意我们其实并赚不到什么钱。

Don’t receive my quotation for the picnic blanket?

I had given you the quotation yesterday without receiving your reply. So I give you this email to confirm it and send you the quotation again.

According our company’s regulation, the picnic blanket’s minimum quantity is 20 foot container (5000pcs). But this is the first time we have done business with you and we want to seek long-term cooperation with you. So we have given you our company’s stock (samples for clients) to you with the lower prices. We do not make much money form this order.

I am a rookie foreign trade salesman and you are the first client who gives me the inquiry. My boss had mobilized all departments to cooperate with me to operate your order, this made me very moved and I’ll try my best to server you.

Our company has more then ten years’ experiences in this business, we always focusing on the customer’s needs and interests. That is why we can ride out the last year’s global financial crisis. You have reason to believe our company’s strong forces and I believe your trust will eventually be rewarded.
